We booked accommodation for Friday 20th January 2023 we arrived to a emergency housing place not actually taking tourists but neglected to inform us of this. Our room was dirty and spa pool discusting so manager moved us to only other room empty which was worse than first. The rooms had cockroaches and rats running in and out, the motel was and still is dirty as. Owner was not happy to help with our complaints. Windows in rooms don't open properly. No air con or heat pumps in rooms
