Manor House Backpackers
I stayed at Manor House Backpackers on 16-18 November 2023. Staff made a mistake and I was doubled charged for my stay. I was promised to get a refund within a few days. However, days and weeks went past and nothing happened. I got in touch with the staff multiple times over the last month and I was promised that I will get a refund and a screenshot with the confirmation of payment as soon as possible. I still have not received either a refund or a confirmation.
