Reimbursement of damage refund and cancelation fee
At the reception i was told to pay a damage deposit of $200 (on their website its $100). I payed my booking and the damage deposit (which I was told will be reimbursed at check out). Went to my room and it was false advertisement, looked nothing like on their website, smelly, dirty, paint peeling of the walls. The lift was scary and several buttons not working. Went to reception, canceled my booking for 2 nights. Reception told me that i will loose %50 of my deposit which i felt was fair and that i will receive thecrest of my deposit back shortly and will be reimbursed for my damage deposit.
Three days later, phoned reception several times, still nothing.
Need more advice on how to get my mondy back please. Saved for a long time so that i can show my family how good Auckland is and now this!!!!

Yes this place is disgusting and we have not yet received our security deposit back. Any luck on your side. These type of companies need to be taken to task.
