We were choosing very carefully the house we wanted. After spending long time looking we found a house we wanted to stay for a long term with B&T. After 5 months living in the house they asked us to move out causing such a big inconvenience as our infant had just got settled in the new day care and giving us extra cost with moving in to a new house, again. Since the beginning was a nightmare as we found the house very dirty with heaps of dust in all the doors, walls, drawers..etc when moved in. The communication with the agent Joey was terrible and all requests for repairs took ages to be sorted with us asking several times about. Never again I will rent/buy property with B&T as they only think about filling their own pocket.
