Orcon cancelled w/o notification
-Orcon cancelled my internet without notice and without any reason.
-Orcon refused to expedite the wait time for re-installation (a standard two weeks), even though this was a problem they created and was not a typical case.
-Orcon had terrible customer service that continually placed me on hold, gave me incorrect or incomplete information, promised phone calls and emails that never materialised unless repeatedly asked, and did nothing to attempt to make amends for a burden they placed on me.
-Even though this is the second problem with Orcon, they only offered a fraction of the credit offered the first time around. And, the $20-$30 credit doesn’t even cover the cost of the two weeks I was without service, let alone the 7 hours I spent on the phone/online over a 4 day period trying to resolve the matter.
-Still without internet. No apologies. No reasonable compensation. No attempt to make amends or expedite.
