Shoddy builder trying to hide. 
Image Design Ltd is the new name for Image Design Build Ltd.
Michael (Mike) Wayne Gilchrist.
Be very wary of this man and his wife. They lack integrity.
His workmanship is rough and he has caused us some serious anxiety and loss of money.
We cannot get a Code of Compliance Certificate for final sign off due to his work and he has also cost us our warranties on the exterior cladding and building paper.
We achieved Judgement through the courts only to have him liquidate his company. He continues to trade under his new company of similar name. We are now seeking judgement through the courts on him personally. In the meantime he has transferred his business interests into another company that his dodgy accountant formed for them which is in his wifes name Josephine Gilchrist. Gilchrist Properties ltd.
Their liquidation of the previous company is also a lie.
We will continue to persue these people until we either bankrupt them both or they pay to have our home rectified, the sum of $112k is currently the amount.

Mr Gilchrist has now changed his company name to Vision Build. Having just been find $5000 plus costs for operating a Phoenix Company by the Ministry of Economic Development enforcement unit.
Further to Gilchrist's fine he has been prohibited under the Companies Act and is now a disqualified Director or shareholder. This does not seem to deter him and he now trades as mikegilchrist.co.nz trading as Vision Building.
He has also been removed as a Certified Builder, although he still makes reference on his Web site that he is a Certified Builder.
