My name is Mohit. I am regular customer of this brand. I like the quality and design of these clothes. But this time I am very disappointed from them.

I bought a trouser few weeks back from their store in dress mart, Onehunga. I wore it only once and it got damaged from one place. Then I went to the store to get refund or get it replaced. But the person on the counter refused to do any thing about this.

I also talk to the manager about this issue. But he also refused to do anything. He asked for receipt but I told him that as I already started wearing it, so there is no meaning to keep the receipt with me. But he rudely said "I can't do anything". It is so annoying. This is not fair at all.

I hope you will take a proper action against this problem.
