Promised more leads but nothing!
We have wasted thousands with no results!
We were doing way better on our own with Google Ad words! At least 3 jobs per day and now we are getting virtually no calls at all!!!!!!!!!
What a complete waste of money! DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM. THEY SOUND CONVINCING - They are just sharks - after your money with no return.
After we paid for a 'professional' to build an awesome web site Gopher come along and build and replace your web site with an extremely non effective few pages. No calls to action. I was furious this took place.

Yes, a Facebook page against them - they are sharks. Their websites are heinous rubbish, their staff don't talk to each other, the sellers don't pass on details, they don't even start your ad campaign unless you ring them every day to do so.
I am still battling to get my money back when I cancelled within the five days. They refused to acknowledge my cancellation - saying they had cancelled verbally and had recorded it (of no use to me) and "there was a note on my file" again, hearsay and of no use to me. I had to yell to get one of them to finally just acknowledge, it took one minute of his time, that I had notified them of cancellation.
I await the return of monies but don't fancy my chances. I have spent $4,760 so far and there is NOTHING at all to show for it, no ads, just a rubbish website that I would not make live if my life depended on it. Its hideous.

I hate, hate, hate gopher too. I am stuck with their crummy website. They made stupid stuff up and made my company look awful, they don't even have a good understanding of visual language, colour schemes or even proper England and text layout! aarrrghhhhh!

Gopher have very much done an about face and really compensated justly for the shortfalls in service to myself. So I am happy with the outcome. Perhaps if anyone has a dispute with them really open up lines of communication to prevent this sort of thing. No one wants this kind of feedback and I think they would want to reverse it if so.
Gopher have ripped me off as well. I started with a 6 month contract of a small package over 12 months ago that suited my small business budget. Within the first month of the contract they called me back and somehow managed to talk me into upgrading to a better package at a greater cost and started a new contract for 12 months.
Then a few months later, the same thing happened and upgraded again with a new 12 month contract. They tell me that upgrading will allow my add to get more clicks and I will most likely get my money returned by successful sales of my products.
By now I am now paying $1000 per month. A bit beyond my budget and I am not getting more than $1000 in return of sales, so it is draining my money!
They even tried to talk me into upgrading to an ultimate package that would cost me about $3500 per month, but they were guaranteeing 100% listing of my add and always at the top, etc...
I agreed to that offer after being talked into it, but I then cancelled within the 5 day termination period, even though they did there best to talk me into staying with the contract because they had already started working on it had had spent several hours of their time working on it. They even tried to offer me special discounts to keep the contract. After having had said "NO" over 10 times, they finally accepted.
I also question why I am paying $1000 per month when my report says only ~$600 worth of clicks was spent. That figure may vary per month, but I am paying Gopher $1000 per month, so where is all the rest of my money going? Am I giving it to Gopher for free?
