I have been a loyal customer constantly loaning my items and paying extreme prices to get them back. Still i continue due to sole reason of building rapport with some staff mbers. Now everything started going downhill when i was distracted with some devastating family news and lost track of getting my iphone6 plus back so i called and it was sold the day instantly. I was upset but managed to get over it and now calling in regards to a query..a question to be told i was defaulted from my iphone then to be spoken to like a some person that nevers gets the items back....i was appauled at how i was treatex and the reason for him (Dave) to speak to me like that was because he was the manager. I dont care if he was the manager speaking to me like i was worthless was disgusting and am very very upset.
