The starter on our hedge trimmer brought brand new on Trade Me has broken three times, there is an obvious fault with the starter on trimmer. As it is the third time it has happened we have asked for a refund. Garden Equipment have refused and want to send us another starter at our own cost. We have said no as other two times they have sent us a new starter it has cost us courier fees, so far $60.00 and we feel it is just wasting our money getting another starter.
